At booneealus, each of our products is handmade with attention to every unique detail. Therefore we do not offer returns due to personal reasons, please note this before you order. If there is a special reason, please contact us within 7 days of arrival and we will try our best to solve your problem. In the case of claims due to product defects, they must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the package.
Once this deadline has passed, booneealus reserves the right to reject the request. During the peak season (Christmas) we will extend this deadline up to one month.

Refund
If the product arrives opened or damaged, booneealus will cover all refunds without returning the product. Refunds will always be made to the credit card used to place your order to prevent fraud.
