Design interpretation (inspiration and story)
The inspiration comes from the moment when a street graffiti artist used spray paint to transform an abandoned metal cross: the designer witnessed the rusty metal cross fence covered with graffiti in the Brooklyn neighborhood, and the cracks reflected the afterglow of the setting sun, forming a visual tension of **"destruction and rebirth intertwined"**. This is the freedom of modern women to find self-expression in the constraints of rules - the irregular metal cross symbolizes the breakthrough of the traditional framework, and the collision of matte and mirror materials implies "the external sharpness supported by the flexible core".

Returns
At booneealus, each of our products is handmade with attention to every unique detail. Therefore we do not offer returns due to personal reasons, please note this before you order. If there is a special reason, please contact us within 7 days of arrival and we will try our best to solve your problem. In the case of claims due to product defects, they must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the package.
Once this deadline has passed, booneealus reserves the right to reject the request. During the peak season (Christmas) we will extend this deadline up to one month.

Refund
If the product arrives opened or damaged, booneealus will cover all refunds without returning the product. Refunds will always be made to the credit card used to place your order to prevent fraud. The refund process usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the bank. For a full refund, please email booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com to request a refund.
