Returns
At booneealus, each of our products is handmade with attention to every unique detail. Therefore we do not offer returns due to personal reasons, please note this before you order. If there is a special reason, please contact us within 7 days of arrival and we will try our best to solve your problem. In the case of claims due to product defects, they must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the package.
Once this deadline has passed, booneealus reserves the right to reject the request. During the peak season (Christmas) we will extend this deadline up to one month.

Refund
If the product arrives opened or damaged, booneealus will cover all refunds without returning the product. Refunds will always be made to the credit card used to place your order to prevent fraud. The refund process usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the bank. For a full refund, please email booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com to request a refund.
PS:booneealus is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligent use, alterations, and cosmetic damage due to normal wear and aging.
Exchange
Boonee Alus does not provide online exchange services. If the exchange is caused by product damage or size discrepancy, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. If the exchange is caused by personal reasons, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. To do so, please log into your personal account, locate your order details, and select the option to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded accordingly to your account from which the original payment was made.
